Price & Payment Terms

Our total price for the products will be stated on your purchase receipt. Payment for the products must be made by PayPal or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard). Orders are not binding upon Javacrafter until accepted by Javacrafter. Any price quotations given by Javacrafter will be valid for the period stated on the quotation, with the exception that Javacrafter reserves the right to reject any sale for any reason, including for a misprint in the price quotation or advertisement. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling or applicable sales taxes.
Javacrafter will arrange shipping of the products to your address. Title to the products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address. The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt and will be discussed first before. Javacrafter will inform you of estimated shipment dates, but will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labour strikes, transportation failure, or acts of God.

Inspection of Goods on receipt

You must examine the products when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Javacrafter at once. Javacrafter will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

Javacrafter has a commitment to total customer satisfaction. So if you are not completely satisfied with your order, for example, if you have received the wrong item or items, or there has been damage, or loss, you may return original condition merchandise within 45 days of the shipment date listed on your packaging slip. All returning merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt. All returns are subject to inspection and Javacrafter reserves the right to refuse any merchandise. Please put our enclosed sticker on the original packaging with the Returns Code. Please ship all items to us pre-paid, and for your protection insure the package and ship via traceable methods. Please note Javacrafter is not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned to us.
